Can I request a sea view?

Sea view rooms have a supplement from 6 euros per person per day. They are not available in all room types and are subject to reservation and availability. Payment is made in advance and is non-refundable.

What are the check-in and check-out times for the rooms?

The time of entry to the room is at 4:00 p.m. If you arrive at the Resort earlier, you can register and automatically use all its services. However, if the room is ready beforehand, we will provide you with access. The time of departure of the rooms is before 12:00. We remind you that we have a totally free luggage storage service so you don't have to worry about your suitcases, and we recommend that you come to settle your account the night before to avoid the mid-day crowds at reception.

What are the restaurant hours?

Breakfast: from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Lunch: from 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Dinner: from 8:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Does the Resort have a heated pool?

The heated pool is part of the SPA water circuit, so it is governed by the circuit rates. In no case is it a pool designed for swimming or family enjoyment.

Can I travel with my pet?

We are sorry but the Resort does not accept animals.

Do I have the drinks included?

Agora does not have an all-inclusive service. So the buffet drinks are not included.

Does the restaurant have food for celiacs or food intolerances?

You only have to inform our maitre d' when you arrive at the Resort and he will automatically offer you a wide range of products that you can take. In addition, all the food signage has indications of the different allergens. In case of doubt, consult our maitre d'.

Is the restaurant buffet or a la carte?

All services, breakfast, lunch and dinner, are buffet.

I have contracted half board. Can I choose which service to do?

With half board you have breakfast and dinner included.

How far is the Resort from downtown?

A five-minute walk from the port and the walled city, one minute from the south beach or five from the north beach and in the heart of Peñíscola. We are one of the most central 4* hotels in the city.

From what age can you enter the SPA?

The children's SPA can be accessed from 2 to 5 years old. This has a cost of €10.00 per child and it is essential that they be accompanied by an adult. From 6 years old to 13 years old, they can enter the adult SPA but at limited hours, especially reserved for them. In this case, they must also enter accompanied by an adult and both the adult and the minor must pay the adult rate for the circuit, €20.00 for a 60-minute session.

Can I repeat in the same room?

Our Booking department attends very carefully all the requests of our clients and observations of agencies. Despite the orientation of the room, the furniture that it includes and the distribution in blocks as well as other requests, Agora cannot guarantee them.

When does the activity period start?

The animation period runs from June 22 to September 8, 2024.

Do I have the spa included with my stay?

The spa is only included in those stays of more than 3 nights, who have made the reservation directly with the hotel at our telephone number 964 477 900, our official website or our email. Also on those getaways where the exclusively specified service appears.

Is it possible to have beach and pool towels?

Agora offers the rental of beach and pool towels at €3.00 per unit, if a change is requested, this amount must be paid again.

Can I use the hotel's underground parking?

The price of parking is €15/night, in low season, from March 23 to June 21 and from September 15 to October 26, except from March 28 to 31 (Easter Week) and April 27. The price will be €17/night in high season, from June 22 to September 14. Non-commissionable prices (direct payment at the hotel). Advance reservations must be made at least one week in advance and upon payment. Otherwise, it will be requested at reception, subject to availability.

Does the Resort have a cot service?

We have travel cots. The client can request it at the hotel reception for a cost of 6 euros per day.

What is an economy room?

It is an adapted room, consisting of 2 90 cm beds and a fully adapted bathroom. It does not have a terrace.

How does the Crustacean Park work?

The Crustáceo Park serves as a playroom. This opens in summer from July and ends in September. We can also enjoy it during periods such as Easter (check dates with Reception). There our entertainment team programs a wide variety of activities for the enjoyment of the little ones. To access, children must be over 2 years old and in this case they must be accompanied by a responsible adult. From four years old they can be in charge of our entertainment team.
